The design takes traditional Art Deco elements and gives them a casual yet modern twist for the 21st century, featuring sleek geometric and stylized forms throughout. Drawing inspiration from the original 21 Greenpoint, the incorporation of brass metal detailing, deco-inspired geometric forms, and a blend of textures and natural stone create a contemporary aesthetic. Modern touches, such as layered light sources, wooden tambour, and limewash paint, rejuvenate the 21 Greenpoint brand while respective of the architectural context of Rockefeller Place.
